How Axcendra collects, uses and protects your personal information. Last updated October 10, 2026.
Who we are
Axcendra ("we", "us") is a search and performance marketing agency serving businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. You can contact us about privacy at connect@axcendra.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, website and any details you share through our forms, booking page, free tools, WhatsApp or email.
- Usage information: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use our website, such as pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you arrived.
Our free tools run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send your results.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages, arrange appointments and prepare proposals.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To understand and improve our website, if you have allowed analytics cookies.
- To send occasional updates, only where you have agreed or where the law allows it, with an easy way to opt out.
Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we rely on your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing), steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (for quotes and appointments) and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how our website is used. Where required, such as for visitors in the UK and European Economic Area, these cookies are only set after you click Accept in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in our footer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Google (analytics, calendar and email), Meta (WhatsApp) and our website host, and only as needed to provide those services.
International transfers
Our team and service providers may process information outside your country. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

- UK and EU: you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the ICO in the UK or your local data protection authority.
